Your mission

As a System Administrator IT, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the availability, stability, and management of critical IT-tools and applications. Your team owns tools such as PTC Creo & Windchill, AutoCAD, SolidWorks CAD & PDM, and Ansys and works closely with teams owning Product Lifecycle Management tool Teamcenter, all used by end-users in Epiroc.

You’ll be a part of the CAD and Simulation team and perform preventive maintenance and contribute to process improvements. Your responsibilities will include technically focused duties such as configuring CAD and Simulation software, maintaining integrations, ownership of response time and performance of applications, and timely incident and problem resolution. You will work closely in a scrum team including a Product Owner to understand end user needs then translate those to requirements for management of software in the team’s portfolio. You’ll also be in contact with our end users to understand their needs. You will be installing, configuring, and updating software, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, and creatively improve established technical processes following the trends of the industry and the needs of our end users. 

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you have strong knowledge of IT systems in general as related to the tasks listed above and experience in CAD and Simulation applications and servers. An undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Network Systems, Computer Science, or similar relevant working experience is preferred. About the role
As Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement, you will be at the core of EES's efforts to provide the world’s greenest machines and deliver advanced electrification systems that support our customers’ decarbonization journeys. You will be responsible for defining and executing the quality and reliability strategy for EES products, ensuring robustness, reducing warranty costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
This position blends hands-on problem solving, strategic cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to improve the reliability and durability of our products across their lifecycle and improve customers’ satisfaction.
This role is a key position in our Electrification strategic initiative, reporting directly to the Vice President of Electrification and working closely with key stakeholders across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, R&D, Customer Centers, and field service teams globally.

Key responsibilities
· Define and execute the quality and reliability strategy for EES’s electrification portfolio.
· Work with stakeholders and customer centers to address and resolve quality issues efficiently.
· Lead root cause analysis using structured problem solving (8D, DMAIC) and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
· Drive continuous improvement through analysis of performance data, customer feedback, warranty claims, and field reports.

· Certifications such as ASQ CRE/CQE or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly desirable.

Ditt uppdrag

I ansvaret ingår att utföra testerna från början till slut inklusive slutrapport av resultat. Du kommer att vara en del av Forsknings- och Utvecklingsprocessen med ansvar för provuppdragen. Uppdragen planeras i samarbete med konstruktionsavdelningen och utförs sedan av dig. I rollen ingår att vara delaktig i utvecklingsprojekt där du representerar provavdelningen för att tidigt ge din input till projektet och sedan ansvara för de prov som ska genomföras.

Om rollen
Som Kvalitetsingenjör kommer du att driva och utveckla kvalitetsarbete i vår produktion.  Du analyserar och följer upp garantidata och produktrevisioner för att identifiera kvalitetsproblem och förbättringsområden, samt driver undersökningar kring kvalitetsfrågor i samarbete med andra avdelningar. We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team as Regional Planning Expert to support our aftermarket in Parts and Service Division as a representative of our Supply Chain organisation. The division provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers’ productivity. They focus is on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. The divisional headquarters are located in Örebro, Sweden, and the Distribution Centers are located in China, Sweden and the United States.  
Your mission
As a Regional Planning Expert, you will optimize the stockholding of parts in your assigned region to achieve our parts availability and inventory targets. You will manage the forecast parameter settings for the assigned entities, implement and follow up on forecast adjustments, and monitor forecast accuracy and bias. You will also review availability (missed) to determine prioritization.
You will work on both strategic and tactical levels, with a focus on aligning our stocking strategy with the machine fleet in the region. You will determine which assortments should be stocked at different warehouses within the supply chain, collaborating closely with the Regional Supply Chain and Customer Center organizations. In this role, you will also liaise with CC Sales, Service, and Site Contract teams to gather market intelligence. Additionally, you will collaborate with the assigned entities in the region to support and drive the implementation of the demand planning process, including the adoption of collaborative planning with customers.
You will investigate and propose inventory and availability targets for Customer Centre and Distribution Centers in the region, in collaboration with Regional Supply Chain organization and Customer Centers. You are also responsible for inventory, availability and obsolescence performance follow-up in the region as well as coordinating the inventory and availability action plans for the region. You do research and act proactively on excess and slow-moving inventory to reduce obsolescence costs. In your role you will also commit to maintain and optimize the stocking assortment for the region connected to Regional and Local Distribution Centers, according to the global process. You will also work with research and implement stocking policy adjustments, stocking requests for the region and replenishment Policy approvals of changes in stocking status. 
Furthermore, you will be participating in projects to implement new processes and systems functionalities and in inventory management activities related to company integrations, divestments and move of assortments. As a super user in the global inventory management system, you manage the parameter settings for the region.

Värmebehandlingstekniker

På Epiroc i Örebro söker vi nu en Värmebehandlingstekniker för att utveckla och förbättra våra värmebehandlingsprocesser. Som Värmebehandlingstekniker blir du en viktig del av vårt tvärfunktionella team som hanterar och utvecklar värmebehandlingsprocessen. Rollen är central i att etablera och förbättra värmebehandlingsprocesser samt stärka samarbetet mellan Materials Competence Center, produktionstekniker och operatörer. Du kommer tillhöra Produktionsteknik där vi främst arbetar med skärande bearbetning och montering. 

Din roll 
I denna roll ansvarar du för att utveckla en hållbar och effektiv värmebehandlingsprocess genom kontinuerlig optimering och utveckling. Du hanterar både dagliga utmaningar och driver långsiktiga förbättringar i värmebehandlingsprocessen. Du deltar i arbetet med att bereda nya och reviderade komponenter, samarbetar med Material Competence Center och produktionstekniker samt delar teknisk kunskap med operatörer för att stärka produktionsflödet. Dessutom ansvarar du för att dokumentera processer och följa upp förbättringsåtgärder för att säkerställa en långsiktig utveckling.

Your mission
As Regional Inventory Optimization Expert, you optimize the stockholding of parts in your assigned region, to reach our parts availability and inventory targets. You will work on a strategic and tactical level, with emphasis on connecting our stocking strategy with the machine fleet in the region. You will do actions which assortment is to be stocked at the different warehouses in the supply chain, in close collaboration with the Regional Supply Chain and Customer Center organizations.

You will investigate and propose inventory and availability targets for Customer Centre and Distribution Centers in the region, in collaboration with Regional Supply Chain organization and Customer Centers. You are also responsible for inventory, availability and obsolescence performance follow-up in the region as well to coordinate the inventory and availability action plans for the region. You do research and act proactively on excess and slow-moving inventory to reduce obsolescence costs.

In your role you will also commit to maintain and optimize the stocking assortment for the region connected to Regional and Local Distribution Centers, according to the global process. You will also work with research and implement stocking policy adjustments, stocking requests for the region and replenishment Policy approvals of changes in stocking status.

Furthermore, you will be participating in projects to implement new processes and systems functionalities and in inventory management activities related to company integrations, divestments and move of assortments. Global/Regional Distribution Center in Ghent, Belgium is a logistics provider within Epiroc Supply Chain in Tools division. Mechanical Design Engineer

Your mission
Your work will be to design and develop our products. You will be working in new development projects and also with existing products where we focus on effective improvements. 

Internal cross functional contacts with Purchasing, Production, Marketing, Quality functions and Technical Service are essential as well as external contacts with supplier and others. 

The design work covers concept development, 3D CAD design and modeling, drawings and products specifications, then realization and tests of the new design.

Your profile 
We are looking for you who have a good basic education (i.e. a master's degree in mechanical engineering, or a well-qualified university engineer) and have at least 4 years of practical experience in design work and work with modern CAD systems.
You should have knowledge in general machine design, machine element dimensioning and welded structures, both with thin sheet metal and mediun plate thickness.

Furthermore, skills in weld technology, manufacturing methods and materials and also knowledge and experience from using ISO GPS standard in the design are highly valued since these are common areas of the development work. 

We use Creo as the CAD tool. It is therefore necessary with skills in 3D CAD design. It is benefitial if you also have Teamcenter experience. 

Your knowledge of English shall be on a good level as it is our corporate language and is used on daily basis. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.

To enjoy the work, it is important to have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn more about the products you are working with.

It is important that you are innovative, willing to take responsibility and have the ability to work independently. 

Good collaboration skills are essential since work is performed in cross-functional teams.
