Your mission
As a CAD and Simulation Specialist, you will provide expertise and support to business users of operations solutions to develop, maintain, and enhance the CAD and Simulation Software. Your focus will be on ensuring that users can utilize CAD and Simulation solutions effectively.
We are responsible for several applications, with Creo and AutoCAD being the ones with the highest number of users. Globally, we have more than 1,200 users across different time zones, from China to the USA. Additionally, we are committed to making ongoing improvements and developing new functionality based on operational requirements.
We deliver high-quality services and help enable the productivity of the business. As a team member within Operations Solutions CAD and Simulation, you will play a vital role in supporting our users to solve various business challenges and answer their technical questions related to the standard applications included in our applications portfolio (such as Creo, AutoCAD, and Ansys). You should be self-motivated, structured, and communicative with a coaching approach. Key skills include quality management, process management, audit experience, and proficiency in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies. Experience with 8D problem-solving, statistical methods, quality methodologies, and FMEA is a plus. Your Mission

Your mission

Your mission
As a System Administrator IT at Operations Solutions, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the availability, stability, and management of critical IT-tools and applications. Your team owns tools such as PTC Creo, AutoCAD, and Ansys and works closely with teams owning Product Lifecycle Management tool Teamcenter, all used by end-users in Epiroc.
In this role you’ll perform preventive maintenance and contribute to process improvements. It is important to understand business requirements and enhance the quality of our systems. Your responsibilities will include technically focused duties such as configuring CAD and Simulation software, maintaining integrations, ownership of response time and performance of applications, and timely incident and problem resolution. You will work closely with your team’s Product Owner to understand end user needs then translate those to requirements for license management and end user need for and use of software in the team’s portfolio and closely together within your agile team CAD and Simulation. You will collaboration with various teams in the Operations Solutions department. You’ll also be in contact with our end users to understand their needs.
Together with the IT organization this role is expected to be able to manage server environments, ensure network security, and oversee data storage systems. Be capable of installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. You are also expected to develop and implement IT policies and procedures to optimize system performance and ensure data confidentiality and integrity. Also be able to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all IT processes and systems. This role requires an understanding of various operating systems, databases, and cloud services.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you have strong knowledge of IT systems in general as related to the tasks listed above and experience in CAD and Simulation applications and servers. You need an undergraduate degree in, Information Systems, Network Systems, Computer Science, or similar relevant working experience is preferred. You are used to working on your feet and have expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance.
As a person you are service minded and always focused on ensuring a high-quality of system deliveries by identifying and reporting defects, identifying areas of improvement, and actively participating in the product development lifecycle.

Som Supplier Quality Assurance är du kontaktperson rörande kvalitetsfrågor med våra leverantörer. Du för ett nära samarbete med leverantörsutvecklarna och bistår som sakkunnig vid processäkring och deltar vid behov vid leverantörsmöten. Du har många kontaktvägar både internt och externt, varför en förmåga att skapa och odla dessa kontakter är en stor tillgång. Serviceanda är viktigt, och där till synes omöjliga uppgifter är en utmaning, inte en begränsning. As HR Operations Manager at Epiroc Rock Drills AB (“Rock Drills”), your mission is to lead the HR Operations team in Rock Drills and to act as the main liaison between the HR Operations Team and the Epiroc divisions operating at the Epiroc Örebro site.
