Ditt uppdrag

I produktionen arbetar vi med avancerade CNC-maskiner, fina toleranser och höga renhetskrav. Din roll som CNC-operatör är att säkerställa ett effektivt produktionsflöde med hög kvalitet från början till slut. Du kommer producera i maskiner enligt ritningar/instruktioner och övervaka maskinerna för att se till att bearbetningen håller hög precision och kvalitet. Det ingår även underhåll av maskinerna som en viktig del av ditt arbete.

I din vardag driver du förbättringsarbete och digitalisering inom både förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll. Du utvecklar våra underhållsprocesser och följer upp nyckeltal, samtidigt som du ansvarar för årsplanering, budget och kostnadsuppföljning. Du planerar och förbereder underhållsinsatser och bidrar aktivt till att skapa en trygg och stabil arbetsgrupp.

Your mission

As an Electrical Designer at Power Systems you will be responsible for the electrical design of cables, electrical cabinets and panels, as well as control systems, in the 5-1000V range. In addition, you will commission, troubleshoot, and test electrical systems during the development of our newest machines.

Your role will also involve collaborating with suppliers to select components, setting up structures in the PLM system, maintaining and developing functions for existing products, and implementing design changes to ensure production feasibility.

The work takes place at our joint development and assembly center in Örebro, giving you the unique opportunity to see and test the solutions you create in real time.


Your Profile

Your Mission
We are looking for engineers with specialized knowledge in power electrics for mobile machinery. Power electrics on drill rigs provide essential functions, such as operating AC motors. Drill rigs with battery electric tramming use an 800 V DC system. The AC systems connect to site infrastructure and provide motor start, protection functions, emergency stops, and other features.
High-voltage DC is a central component in Battery Electric Vehicles, supporting functions such as on-board charging, propulsion, power control, and others.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our electrical systems—both hardware and functionality—to satisfy future performance, availability, and safety standards. Your work will span activities from product maintenance to early-stage base development with low TRL levels. Close collaboration with Global R&D teams, customers, and suppliers worldwide will be a key aspect of the position.

Your Profile
We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible, and delivery oriented person with a structured and analytical approach, combining theory and practice. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation are a must.

Mechanical Designer- Fire Suppressions
You will be part of a team of Designers and Analysis people that develop machines used in underground mines all around the world, normally in very harsh environments with high demands on safety, reliability and productivity. 

The range of our loaders and trucks includes both diesel and battery driven machines with technology level from simple to fully automated machines.

Mechanical installations on the machines and also make certifications of them.

Key responsibilities
· Define and execute the quality and reliability strategy for EES’s electrification portfolio.
· Work with stakeholders and customer centers to address and resolve quality issues efficiently.
· Lead root cause analysis using structured problem solving (8D, DMAIC) and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
· Drive continuous improvement through analysis of performance data, customer feedback, warranty claims, and field reports.
· Coordinate quality improvement campaigns and prioritize Corrective & Preventive Actions across internal and external teams
· Develop post-launch lifecycle analytics to track KPIs such as MTBF, RMA rates, and failure trends.
· Develop and implement reliability testing protocols (e.g., HALT/HASS, FMEA) and contribute to design for reliability and manufacturability standards.
· Create feedback loops from pilot deployments and formalize customer feedback processes.
· Lead Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Product Readiness Level (PRL) maturity assessments to ensure readiness and risk alignment in new product development.
· Act as a key gatekeeper during New Product Development (NPD) reviews and oversee robust field validation pilots.
· Lead Verification & Validation (V&V) activities in collaboration with R&D and industrialization.
· Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement through training, coaching, and transparent communication.

Experience and requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
· 10+ years in quality, reliability, or product development roles within electrification, automotive, or industrial machinery sectors.
· Proven track record in reducing warranty costs and improving product reliability.
· Certifications such as ASQ CRE/CQE or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly desirable.
· Experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments, working cross-functionally and with a customer-centric mindset.
· Familiarity with battery systems, electric drivetrains, and embedded systems.
· Proficiency in reliability metrics and tools (e.g., FMEA, HALT, MTBF tracking, lifecycle monitoring).
· Fluency in English is required, both written and verbally. Other languages are a plus.

Your mission

Your mission
As a Regional Planning Expert, you will optimize the stockholding of parts in your assigned region to achieve our parts availability and inventory targets. You will manage the forecast parameter settings for the assigned entities, implement and follow up on forecast adjustments, and monitor forecast accuracy and bias. You will also review availability (missed) to determine prioritization.
You will work on both strategic and tactical levels, with a focus on aligning our stocking strategy with the machine fleet in the region. You will determine which assortments should be stocked at different warehouses within the supply chain, collaborating closely with the Regional Supply Chain and Customer Center organizations. In this role, you will also liaise with CC Sales, Service, and Site Contract teams to gather market intelligence. Additionally, you will collaborate with the assigned entities in the region to support and drive the implementation of the demand planning process, including the adoption of collaborative planning with customers.
You will investigate and propose inventory and availability targets for Customer Centre and Distribution Centers in the region, in collaboration with Regional Supply Chain organization and Customer Centers. You are also responsible for inventory, availability and obsolescence performance follow-up in the region as well as coordinating the inventory and availability action plans for the region. You do research and act proactively on excess and slow-moving inventory to reduce obsolescence costs. •    Förberedelse av tillverkningsorder – i förberedelsen ingår att produktbärare och materialvagn förbereds enligt kommande sekvens till monteringslinan.
•    Montage av borrmaskiner/rotationsenheter – montering sker i en taktad lina som består av fem  stationer.
•    Montage av reservdelar – detta är ett individuellt montage där man som montör utgår ifrån ritningar.
•    Funktionsprov av kompletta enheter som sker i produktionsprovningen.
•    Arbete med ständiga förbättringar.

I den här rollen är kraven höga på samarbetsförmåga, flexibilitet, effektivitet och ansvarskänsla. The fleet of connected assets (batteries, chargers, energy storage systems etc.) is global, and several platforms and technologies are used to make sure that our assets get connected, that data is being transferred and stored, and that the correct data is made available - All in a secure way. 
Your mission
As part of the Product Owner role, you will have the ownership of a set of applications that serves our customers with functionality and information related to electrification. You will prioritize and organize the product backlog to be in line with stakeholder vision and goals. As part of an agile organization, you will work closely with development teams to answer questions regarding requirements, needs, clarifications, etc. You will ensure that the teams have clarity on the product requirements and user expectations, including acceptance criteria and you will evaluate the work done by the development team and provide constant feedback. You will in time be an expert in the organization when it comes to the applications of your ownership, and you will be able to support internal stakeholders when more technical depth is needed. As part of the Product Owner role, you will establish the required documentation and information packages needed to explain the product to different types of stakeholders.

Several years of previous experience within telematics, IoT, machines and automotive.

* Strong understanding of ESG, ISO standards, and global sustainability regulations.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and influencing decision-making at all levels.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, with exposure to global operations.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

This position can be located in Örebro, Sweden, or Garland, Texas, US. Extensive international travel required, estimated 30%.
