In this role, you will be an integral part of the Distribution Network & Flow team, driving efficiency across Epiroc’s global supply chain. Your mission
As our Supply Flow Analyst, your responsibilities include:
* Optimizing delivery modes: Identifying and implementing the most efficient and cost-effective transport methods.
* Streamlining supply routes: Managing lead times and ensuring smooth order routing across our global and regional distribution networks.
* Innovating processes: Supporting the setup of new distribution centers and contributing to long-term improvements.
* Ensuring compliance: Monitoring adherence to established processes and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone passionate about logistics, teamwork, and delivering impactful results. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
* A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
* Experience with global supply chain systems and end-to-end processes, including distribution, inventory management, and project management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MRP systems.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Swedish proficiency is a merit).

Location and travel
This position is located in Sweden with preferred location Örebro or Fagersta. Occasional travel is required.

Your Mission
As a Commercial Specialist, you are a key player in the Order-To-Supply process. You are involved from early stage of the business until the equipment is delivered to our customers in a safe and efficient way. You also have an important role for the business in mitigating our commercial risk, reviewing and advising our on customer contracts as well as following the payment process to completion. You will work closely together with our customer centers, cross functionally within marketing, trade finance, trade compliance teams, production and as needed with other external stakeholders. Core elements of this role include transport planning/coordination, measurement of delivery accuracy, mitigation of commercial risks, positively influencing our cash flow, as well as improving and finding new efficient ways of working in regards of routines and systems.

Throughout the Order-To-Supply process, you are responsible to secure required information to fulfill the task and to ensure we work according to legal and international regulations.

Your profile
We see that you are safety minded and have a steady collaboration approach. You should put the customer in focus and it is important to be service minded, structured, and detail-oriented. You have a proactive approach and a curious mindset. You are able to multi-task and to handle sporadic periods of higher pressure situations. Experience & knowledge
We believe you have a degree within the logistics or economics field, or equivalent professional experience working in export and order/logistics environments. You have a good understanding of commercial contracts and how they impact business. We see that you have basic financial and risk analysis understanding as well as previous experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional and global teams. It is required to have good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written and additional languages are an asset. Good system experience and interest in working with MRP system(s) are desirable.

Transportation Performance Specialist
The Global Supply Chain Transportation Performance Specialist will implement and operate the performance reporting and controlling, in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Controlling & Finance Manager and the Transportation Sourcing Manager for both the Parts & Services division (PSD), the Tools & Attachments division (TLD) and other potential future principals.

Job Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for part of the supply chain controlling for PSD and TLD supply chains based on KPIs (financial and operational)
* Develop analytic tools, work processes and reporting formats to reliably deliver reports on time.
* Develop Power BI reports to support analysis and reporting.
* Support in monthly supply chain performance reporting process with principal divisions as well as the supply chain organization
* Strong cooperation to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Key Performance Indicators in root cause analysis, to challenge the metrics hierarchy and gather, evaluate and implement new requirements. Formulate root causes, optimization suggestions and improvement opportunities to the global transportation manager and the global transportation sourcing manager.
* Support in the technical implementation of the Key Performance Indicators to various roles and different regions


Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in financial studies
* 2-5 years financial controlling experience in Supply Chain environment
* Supply chain performance reporting and optimization experience, preferably in Transportation
* Strong skills in relevant IT systems : TMS, Excel, advanced Business Intelligence reporting tools

The location of this position is to be decided to Texas, US or Fagersta or Örebro, Sweden. Global travel is required.

Trade Compliance Specialist

MISSION
The Global Trade Compliance team’s vision is to convert Trade Compliance into a competitive advantage and key asset for the Epiroc, by supporting all divisions and functions in achieving their strategic and operational objectives and targets while guaranteeing continuous best practice  compliance with all applicable and ever changing import and export laws and regulations, and continuously striving for Trade Compliance performance optimization, both from a resource and cost perspective, supporting Epiroc’s bottom line.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide global Trade Compliance guidance to the regional Trade Compliance Analysts
* Act as 3rd level support for operational Trade Compliance aspects  
* Monitor for regional compliance to applicable Trade Compliance regulation and global Trade Compliance policies
* Support Analysis, Design and Implementation of Strategic Programs for own region(s) of responsibility
* Rollout of internal compliance program Conduct and support Trade Compliance audits and risk/maturity assessments in the region as part of the Group Internal Audit Program
* Support the Regional Trade Compliance Analysts in dealing with external audits in the region and communicating with local authorities and advisors regarding audits, prior disclosures, self-disclosures, etc.
* Establish and maintain a trade network with both internal and external parties on global, regional and local level
* Continuously identify potential cost savings in the region
* Own the process for trade and parts classifications activities in the region to ensure accurate trade master data at all time
* Monitor budgetary performance of Trade Compliance related activities and functions and perform benchmarking with similar size companies in mining/construction and other industries
* Analyze, design and develop trade and customs organizational, process and tools improvements based on continuous monitoring of customs and trade performance monitoring for own region



PROFILE:
You have about 7 years of relevant experience with international responsibilities in trade compliance, international trade, and customs laws and regulations (including operating effective Internal Compliance Programs). You have strong expertise in global export/import control regulations, sanction laws and dual use, dangerous goods for transport classification and ECCN determination/classification and the experience to drive projects in an international environment. We see that you have known experience in trade classification and international customs and export control laws and regulations. Past experience working for the customs authorities/administration in own region would be a definite plus. To conduct trade compliance audits and or risk/maturity assessments, as well as in formulating appropriate corrective actions will be a part of this role, so previous experience in that is benificial. Experience in design and implementation of advanced trade functions, such as FTAs, FTZs, Bonded Warehouses is a definite plus.


QUALIFICATIONS
* Master’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent through experience
* Licensed customs broker
* Certified Import/Export Professional (for the region(s) of responsibility)
