Your mission

We are looking for a hands-on data engineering leader who sets direction and architectural standards while actively contributing in code. You will play a central role in our data transformation by building secure, production-ready data pipelines and products that enable analytics and AI at scale. This is not just an administrative role. You lead by example in engineering, design, and delivery.

Lead a global team of data engineers and architects.
Design and deliver scalable, governed data products and pipelines.
Define and enforce engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD, testing, deployment).

Other requirements
5+ years in data engineering and architecture with recent hands-on coding (Python preferred).
Experience delivering data products in distributed or multinational environments.

Operations Solutions is a dedicated and caring team that are working with the main CAD, PLM and MES applications for Epiroc and it is one of the pillars providing the product data for all of Epiroc. Your mission
In this role, you will be a manager of 2 global Agile teams of ~10 people per team including consultants. You will have Product Owners and Scrum Masters owning and prioritizing the work for your team. With the ever increasing speed in development of new tools and technologies, it will be important to bring those with the right competence into our organisation where needed. Your mission

Your Profile
University degree in Finance/Business Administration or its equivalent. 
5-8 years of experience in managing a team in a multinational Center of Excellence organization will be an advantage.
You have navigated the intricate world of accounting and finance within multinational companies, honing your skills along the way. 
Deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and you have a knack for legal statutory and tax reporting. 
Strong legal statutory and tax reporting knowledge and experience is an advantage.

Your mission

Our Surface Research & Development Division (SRD) is looking for a passionate individual to drive and synchronize our global project portfolio, optimize processes, and enable continuous improvement to achieve the organization's goals of shorter time to market and improved quality. You will work as the right hand of the Vice President for Research and Development Equipment (who this role reports to) and the Vice President for Engineering Automation, to secure that the project portfolio focus is balanced between our commitments to change and activities required to remain strong on the market.
You will work cross functional with marketing and R&D functions as the main interfaces and be a part of the Global R&D management team.

Your Mission
Together we will build your mission, based on organizational needs and your suggestions for improvements. Some of the organizational needs required for your mission are mentioned below.
You will need to bring a structured and holistic approach to enhance processes such as R&D strategy process, people development process, project portfolio process, resource management process, and onboarding of acquired companies‘ project portfolios, to ensure successful projects across the Surface Division. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will constantly improve efficiency and correlation between related processes, using proper tools and methods and have an important role in controlling cost and speed to market. You will also focus on improving project managers' performance globally and secure the global sharing of best practices.
In collaboration with the marketing team, you will run focused programs that support large strategic initiatives, such as Live Work Elimination. You will be responsible for monitoring new product development and basic development projects in the project portfolio, with a continuous focus on improving early conceptual development, hit rate analysis, creating portfolio overviews of KPIs aligned with division strategies, evaluating make or buy alternatives, and ensuring projects with key intellectual property (IP) value receive the necessary support from the organization.
Annually, you will prepare revision proposals of the project portfolio in collaboration with main stakeholders. Additionally, you will administer and chair the Strategic Product Board, and oversee online resources connected to Project Portfolio management, such as team sites and SharePoint, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Your Profile
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a BSc or MSc level education and a successful track record of driving global projects. You have a combined engineering and financial background gained via education or experience. As this is a global role, strong English communication skills both verbal and written are required. Swedish and Chinese knowledge is beneficial.

Your mission

Skills and knowledge

We are now looking for a Technical Product Manager for our battery system who wants to work at the forefront of technology and to join us in changing how the global industry is powered. In order to succeed in this role we believe you have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, dare to think new, are well organized and thrive in being the spider in the web. You have a University degree in a relevant area or other highly qualified engineering background. You have some years of professional experience within mechanical- and/or electrical systems and are used to bringing ideas from an initial concept to serial production, creating technical documentation and verifying technical solutions.

To enjoy the work you are self-propelled, responsible and your work is effectively planned to meet deadlines. You have a structured and analytical approach, and enjoy combining theory and practice. The main PLM applications are Teamcenter, Creo and AutoCAD Electrical and so far, it covers R&D, Production and Service functionality but the functional area is growing. Your mission

Your mission as the Group Manager Process Automation and System Integration in Örebro is to help create and execute the strategic plan 2030 as related to your group and accomplish the tasks associated to this plan in time and cost-efficient manner. You will assure that the annual plans, KPI's for your group are met, and in case of deviations, proactive actions are taken to address corresponding cost. 

The overall long-term target for the SRD Eyra R&D Automation organization is to create and maintain the most innovative and strongest product portfolio in the industry, to defend and strengthen the Automation technology leading position towards our vision to be the system integrator in the industry.

You will be responsible for establishing a group with access to proper resources with respect to competence and number of people, within the scope of process automation and system integration to support the projects within the project portfolio, the planned product maintenance (CPI) and planned basic development activities.

You will report to Vice President Engineering – Automation and also be a member of Örebro R&D local management team. 

Your profile

For this position, we believe that you have a Bachelor or Master of Science degree within the field of Technology, or similar knowledge gained through work experience. You have extensive knowledge and experience in R&D management and with software for heavy machinery. Experience working with agile project models is considered an advantage.

You are a change agent, who is always looking for new ways to work and a skilled leader with the ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally, with knowledge in change management.

R&D Manager – Surface Division

ERP Process and Application Manager

Be part of the due diligence work for acquisitions and divestments related to ERP

Mission
Manage project/program strategy and plan according to E-commerce strategy, plan and target. Organize and lead ongoing project planning to identify key risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams. 

Identify and realize business outcomes using the most suitable and effective project management approach, methods, processes, and tools to ensure a high degree of delivery and solution quality.

Document, facilitate and present projects into steering committees together with the E-business responsible. 

Plan, facilitate and follow up on meetings and workshops.

Plan and oversee the execution of multiple pilots, also onsite.

Drive recruitment of additional team members. 

Plan, document, and implement the optimal team structure (roles, people, expertise) to ensure high-quality delivery, exceeding expectations and achieving established goals.

Your profile
Very important skills to be dynamic and open for ongoing discussions – an agile mindset is a request. That also include a very strong leadership style to efficient navigate and deliver result in multinational and multicultural environment. 

8-10+ years’ experience in project management from e-commerce with external and internal stakeholders- also international spread. Leading strategically and operationally. 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology OR equivalent experience in a related field – or similar.

Proven history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget. 

Very strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable interacting and presenting to very senior client stakeholders. 

Experience from emerging technology as well working with startups is a plus. 

Experience from project management methodology is good but not the most important, certificate like Prince, PMP, SAFe, Scrum etc. is a plus. 

Demonstrated project management skills, with direct responsibility for running project teams, up to 10+ people, budget and schedule.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.

For this role you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.

ERP Process and Application Manager 

Epiroc is using a wide range of IT applications and systems to support our internal and external users and global business processes. As ERP Process and Application Manager you will work with and coordinate the ERP Roadmap. You will work closely with the business to gather inputs from divisions, major projects and other activities that will impact the development of the ERP Roadmap. Mission

You will be responsible to develop processes and KPI:s to keep track of status and risk level for all ERP’s within Epiroc. 

Facilitate the ERP Steering Committee, organize the agenda, presentation material, meeting notes and drive the meeting.

You will be responsible for communication to the ERP community related to information about roadmap, guidelines, and other information.

Participates and be the coordinator for ERP´s in the process and applications forum.

Be part of the due diligence work for acquisitions and divestments related to ERP

*   Analyzing and reviewing data to develop and conclude recommendations and outcomes.


Participate in forums with strategic impact on ERP to gather insights from major projects and activities that impact the ERP Roadmap

Your profile
You have a university degree or equivalent experience and 10 years of working experience within the ERP area, preferable M3 or SAP.

You have a good understanding of business processes.

To be successful, you should also be well structured, service minded and adaptable to change.

Experience of working in a multinational organization.

Project and Change management experience.

Good command of written and spoken English. Other language would be an advantage

The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally so good interpersonal and communications skills are a prerequisite to be successful in this role.

ERP Regional Manager

As ERP Regional Manager EMEA / NASA you will be responsible for the M3 support and technical team.

Mission
We will trust to your expertise and to your leadership skills needed for leading of M3 support and technical team within EMEA and NASA region.

This role contains of two parts where one is focused on the end user support and there will you lead a combination of internal and external resources that is working to fulfil the support for the M3 application in Epiroc. Epiroc has selected M3 as the to be ERP and a project is ongoing to roll out M3 to new entities within Epiroc. Your role will be to scale the support team in line with the expansion of users and sites that is onboarded to M3. You will monitor KPI: s like user satisfaction, SLA.s. Coordination will be required with the other ERP Regional managers for a unified solution and work model.

The second part will focus on M3 technical solution where you will work with the M3 technical team and collaborate closely with other teams within Epiroc IT like hosting providers (external and internal), security, integration. You will lead and manage the M3 maintenance management work by:

•    Drive the work for standardized processes
•    Lead the work for a future proof M3 technical solution
•    Work with automation of processes and effective solution handling
This role include responsibility to lead the work for M3 security related to roles, segregation of duties and risk management.

Your profile
You have a university degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of working experience within the ERP area, preferable M3.

We expect you to have technical experience related to ERP. 

You have experience with leading, motivating and with the development of the team.

You have a good understanding of business processes.

To be successful, you should also be well structured, service minded and adaptable to change.

Experience of working in a multinational organization.
