Role and responsibilities
As an Application Engineer at AMEXCI, you are involved throughout the entire lifecycle of a component – from customer inquiry to industrial components approved for serial production in demanding industries such as aerospace.
You work closely with customers and internal teams in sales, production, quality and the materials lab, ensuring that technical decisions support robust manufacturing outcomes and efficient production flows.

Your responsibilities include:
· Supporting customers in design for additive manufacturing, particularly those new to AM
· Translating customer requirements into internal specifications for optimal manufacturing
· Selecting machines, materials, parameters and support strategies
· Preparing builds, including orientation, support structures and process simulations
· Contributing to industrialization and serial production, including definition and optimization of post-processing methods
· Taking responsibility for component development until approval for serial production

Who you are
You are curious, structured and motivated by understanding the full process – from design decisions to the finished component. You enjoy working hands-on, collaborating across functions and working in a project-driven environment.

You likely have:
· Experience from industrial applications of metal additive manufacturing
· Hands-on experience with LPBF and print preparation (build setup, orientation, support structures)
· Experience of working in industrial projects, with an understanding of time plans, dependencies and workflows
· A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
· An engineering degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
· Fluent in English (company language). Swedish and/or Finnish is an advantage

You may also bring experience in:
· Materials used in metal additive manufacturing
· Post-processing or metalworking
· CNC machining
· Project management
· EOS or SLM machines and 3D Expert software

I rollen som applikationsspecialist blir du en nyckelperson i vår logistikkedja. Du arbetar nära verksamheten och ser till att vårt WMS fungerar optimalt tillsammans med våra affärs- och transportsystem - inte bara idag, utan även i framtiden. Det innebär att du:

• Utvecklar och optimerar våra logistiksystem för att möta nya behov och skapa effektiva flöden. Du analyserar processer, identifierar förbättringsområden och omsätter idéer till konkreta lösningar som gör skillnad i vardagen.
• Förvaltar och säkrar driften av systemen. Du planerar och genomför uppdateringar, ser till att integrationer fungerar och att våra system är stabila och tillgängliga för användarna.
• Är länken mellan teknik och verksamhet. Du har dialog med användare, super users och systemansvariga för att förstå deras behov och översätta dem till tekniska lösningar. Du hanterar även mer komplexa ärenden där din problemlösningsförmåga kommer till sin rätt.
• Driver projekt och förbättringsinitiativ. Du leder tester, implementerar nya funktioner och arbetar med integrationer som gör våra processer ännu mer effektiva. Här får du möjlighet att påverka och bidra till utvecklingen av en högautomatiserad logistikmiljö.

Your mission

As a System Administrator IT, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the availability, stability, and management of critical IT-tools and applications. Your team owns tools such as PTC Creo & Windchill, AutoCAD, SolidWorks CAD & PDM, and Ansys and works closely with teams owning Product Lifecycle Management tool Teamcenter, all used by end-users in Epiroc.

You’ll be a part of the CAD and Simulation team and perform preventive maintenance and contribute to process improvements. Your responsibilities will include technically focused duties such as configuring CAD and Simulation software, maintaining integrations, ownership of response time and performance of applications, and timely incident and problem resolution. You will work closely in a scrum team including a Product Owner to understand end user needs then translate those to requirements for management of software in the team’s portfolio. You’ll also be in contact with our end users to understand their needs. You will be installing, configuring, and updating software, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, and creatively improve established technical processes following the trends of the industry and the needs of our end users. 

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you have strong knowledge of IT systems in general as related to the tasks listed above and experience in CAD and Simulation applications and servers. An undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Network Systems, Computer Science, or similar relevant working experience is preferred. You are used to working within environments where end users depend on you for assistance and have expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance.

As a person you are service minded and always focused on ensuring a high-quality of system deliveries by identifying and reporting defects, identifying areas of improvement, and actively participating in the product development lifecycle. In this role it is important to have effective communication skills and you see collaboration as a highlight of your working experience.  You have skills in problem solving, you are structured and good in documentation. It is also important that you have a strategic way of thinking. As our teams are international, you speak and write English fluently.  Proficiency in Swedish is beneficial but not a requirement.

Your profile
We believe you have around 3 years of experience in, maintenance/project management or team leadership roles. You have a solid command of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and an excellent understanding of application management along with best practices. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must. You possess natural leadership skills that enables you to effectively align stakeholders, developers, suppliers, and teams.

Your mission

Your profile

You have good understanding of IT technical components that affect application availability, functionality, user experience and performance, as well as understanding of the interaction between IT and Business processes. Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you have a background within R&D, preferably with experience, as a user or administrator of Teamcenter. To succeed in this role, you have a background within R&D, preferably with experience, as a user or administrator of Teamcenter. We believe that you have a university degree in engineering and solid work experience from a similar position, minimum 3 years. Previous experience from creating instructions and participating in various project is highly meritorious.

Your mission 
Your overall mission as Electrification Application Engineer is to deliver training and support zero-emission heavy duty machinery and change how the off highway industry is powered. 

You will support, secure and accelerated implementation of new applications for the area of batteries, chargers, conversions and drive lines and have the responsibility to train, both interna and external customers, within the new applications. You also have the responsibility to guide our customers within the Battery product life cycle by lead and handle duties within continuous product improvements, lead and take part of test and verification, contribute in projects and with product safety.

As our electrification application engineer you are a part of one of our Rocvolt satellite team and you collaborate with them, key suppliers and partners around the globe. 

Your profile
To thrive in the role, you have knowledge and experience in product- and technology development and/or business development. You are a good communicator, like solving problems in a creative way by daring to think new. Working in a complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional and global environment comes natural to you. 

You will have both internal and external contacts and we expect you to be fluently in English, both written and spoken.

This position is a temporary role for 24 months and is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.

Your mission
As Application Mangers Business (AMB) you will be responsible for maintenance according to Em3/PM3 model of PLM applications and/or solutions used by Epiroc operational units worldwide from a business perspective. You will work both strategically and operationally and be a part of Business Support team and reporting to the PLM Solutions Business Support Manager.
The main responsibilities include:
Operational
* Execute yearly maintenance plan and follow-up, activities and deliverables for the applications/solutions together with Application Manger IT approved by PLM steering committee.
* Lead and manage the internal and external resources in activities within the maintenance plan.
* Accountable for compliance with and reporting of costs in line with approved budgets and cost frames
* Safeguard agreements for applications and services from business requirements perspective, be part of agreement negotiation and review new and existing agreements in collaboration with the Global Category Manager Epiroc IT.

Tactical
* Propose yearly maintenance plan, budget and priorities together with Application Manger IT (AMIT) according to the Em3/PM3 model main activity areas Maintenance Management, User support, Change Management and daily IT Operations and maintenance.



Your profile
We believe that you have a university degree in engineering and/or solid work experience from a similar position. We see that you have at least 3 years of experience with maintenance management or project management from a business perspective in manufacturing industry, ideally in an existing Epiroc Product Company or similar global business.

You have excellent communication skills in English speaking and writing. Your mission
As Global Applications Specialist – Electrification & Automation, your mission will be to ensure that our product expertise and understanding about these technologies are available to our local sales teams and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for communicating future customer product needs, market intelligence to relevant Portfolio Teams, and ensure you are driving the right portfolio development together. In this role, you will act as the first and primary Underground division point of contact/support to their assigned Customer Center(s) sales teams in terms of expertise, value translation of the underground portfolio, pricing, and communications regarding order to delivery.

This role requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally so good interpersonal and communications skills are a prerequisite to be successful. An enterprising personality is desired, with a capacity to deliver in line with expectations and objectives. You have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline, or Equivalent combination of education and experience. You have some practical experience in mining or construction aftermarket equipment. You are familiar with the underground product line and have a mechanical/technical background. You should have proficient level skills in MS Office and a valid driver’s license. Preferred strong written and verbal communications in English is mandatory.
