The Mining and Rock Excavation Service division (MRS) provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers’ productivity. We focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. The divisional headquarters and this position are located in Örebro, Sweden, and the distribution centers are located in China, Sweden and the United States.

Job description
The MRS division provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers’ productivity. We focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. The divisional headquarters are located in Örebro, Sweden, and the distribution centers are located in China, Sweden and the United States. The team today consist of a mix of Service Engineers, Training Professionals, Program Specialists and Project Leaders located in Örebro, Nanjing (China) and Garland (USA). You will lead and develop MRS Training which involve development and implementation of policies and procedures for the function and more importantly develop the way we are providing competence development to our Service Technicians around the world. This will be done in close collaboration with Epiroc University. The role is a combination of operational and strategic challenges with strong focus on leadership and includes cost and revenue responsibility for your organization. The function supports our Customer Centers in their selling efforts for technical and operator training and related products.

Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree in relevant area. You are a proven leader with international experience and the ability to work within a global organization. You have experience in transforming a business, preferably in the competence development area and/or technical training area. In our organization you will work with cutting-edge technology. We place great emphasis on knowledge in online training and pedagogy as well as a deep interest in how digitalization can continue to develop our business. You have very good command of English, both verbal and written. Other languages is an advantage. You must be willing to travel extensively to Epiroc hubs, Epiroc Customer Centers and customers globally.
