Vill du vara med och utveckla ett modernt och skalbart distributionscenter där layout, kapacitet och flöden optimeras från grunden? Vi söker nu en Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer eller Logistics Engineer för ett kvalificerat konsultuppdrag inom lageroptimering och DC-design.

I detta uppdrag får du en central roll i att skapa den tekniska strukturen för effektiva arbetsstationer, smarta materialflöden och rätt dimensionerad kapacitet. Du arbetar nära verksamheten och kombinerar dataanalys, Lean-metodik och praktisk layoutdesign för att säkerställa en lösning som är både effektiv idag och skalbar imorgon.

Om rollen

Du ansvarar för att ta fram beslutsunderlag och tekniska lösningar för det nya distributionscentret. Arbetet spänner över hela kedjan - från analys till färdig layout och investeringsunderlag.

En viktig del av uppdraget är att genomföra tidsstudier och kapacitetsanalyser. Du fastställer standardtider och cykeltider, beräknar bemanningsbehov och säkerställer att dimensioneringen matchar nuvarande och framtida volymer.

Parallellt utvecklar du CAD-layouter för:

* Lager- och lagringsområden
* Plock- och packstationer
* Godsmottagning
* Interna transport- och materialflöden

Du analyserar ERP- och WMS-data för att förstå SKU-velocity, orderprofiler, transaktionsvolymer och plockintensitet. Denna analys ligger till grund för att:

* Validera ytbehov
* Optimera arbetsflöden
* Dimensionera utrustning och lagerstruktur
* Säkerställa rätt kapacitet i plock- och packprocessen

Du tar även fram koncept för ergonomiskt hållbara arbetsstationer och identifierar behov av lyfthjälpmedel, automation och annan lagerutrustning såsom ställage, packbord, vagnar och transportlösningar.

Dina leveranser inkluderar bland annat fullständig CAD-layout (inklusive iterativa versioner), tidsstudierapport med kapacitetsberäkningar, utrustningsspecifikation samt underlag till investeringskalkyl.

Vi söker dig som

Minst 5 års erfarenhet som Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Logistics Engineer eller motsvarande roll inom lager, logistik eller produktion.

Du har erfarenhet av:

* Tidsstudier och cykeltidsberäkningar
* CAD-layoutdesign (AutoCAD, SketchUp eller liknande)
* Lean-metoder som 5S, SMED och Value Stream Mapping
* Design och dimensionering av lagerarbetsstationer
* Analys av ERP- eller WMS-data

Du är van att arbeta datadrivet och kan omsätta analys av exempelvis SKU-omsättning, lagringskrav och plockbelastning till konkreta layout- och utrustningsförslag.

Det är meriterande om du har arbetat med:

* Plockstrategier och packstationer
* Godsmottagning och utlastningszoner
* Kit-monteringsstationer
* Ergonomi, arbetsmiljö och säkerhetskrav i lager- eller produktionsmiljö

Personliga egenskaper

Vi söker en analytisk och lösningsorienterad person med ett starkt förbättringsdriv. Du trivs i dialog med både operativ personal och chefer och har förmågan att driva uppgifter självständigt från analys till implementerbar lösning. I konsultrollen är du ansvarstagande, strukturerad och leveransfokuserad.

Your mission
As a Business Development Specialist, you will always promote the positive customer-oriented attitude with a “dare to think new” mindset. Your objective is to drive and execute business development activities within the CES and Midlife product globally to grow the business or make the business more efficient according to strategies.
You will work with all functions and customer centers to be the leader for smaller projects to define, plan, execute and follow-up the activities. Globally work with lead time improvement activities and forecasts of products and with process improvements, system improvements and business follow-up tools to develop and extend the business.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will contribute to implementation of new product features and benefits to fulfill customer requirements. You will contribute to price list updates and CES business development and act as project leader for bigger CES requests.
If business situations allow, you will act as a Product Specialist for other Product line related tasks, support the team with requests for upgrades and rebuilds of equipment from the capital divisions and other core products.
Your profile
To be a great fit for this position we believe that you have a business administration knowledge or business experience from parts and service area. You have Project Management experience and/or formal project management certification.
For this position we believe you have a university degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Mining, Business or similar competence developed through working experience. Field and application experience from mining applications is a big plus.
As our corporate language is English, verbal and written communication skills in English are required. 
To succeed within this role, we believe you have great interpersonal and communication skills. You enjoy collaboration and have the ability to share information to your colleagues in a natural way.
