We are looking for young and driven customer service representatives to be a part of TransferGalaxy’s growth success. As a customer service representative, you will be one of the first outside employees of the company and work with enhancing the customer experience to create loyal customers. Your area of responsibilities will be to:


- Manage incoming customer service inquires per phone, chat and e-mail
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Be part of the development of the company’s routines and policies in customer treatment

The ideal candidate is:

- Fluent in English verbally and in writing
- Fluent in Somali verbally and in writing
- Preferably fluent in Swedish verbally and in writing
- Service-minded and passionate about creating customer satisfaction
- Driven and willing to grow within the company

As we are further enhancing our compliance, we are looking for a compliance officer to assist us further in our work with compliance. The role will be in our Örebro office, working closely with our CLO and support personnel.

Responsibilities:


- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
- Develop and review company policies incl. AML/CTF
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
- Ensure support personnel are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Performing the due diligence on Customers, requesting additional KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received documentation.
- Periodically evaluate existing Customers according to established policies and procedures.
- Periodical review of KYC records as to completeness, including verifying that due diligence has been performed and that CBC (due diligence) standards are complied with.




Qualifications


- Must have a Bachelor degree in law or business administration or country equivalent in a related discipline together with equivalent working experience;
- Alternatively can show strong analytical skills from another discipline, e.g. sciences. Visa mindre
