About the Role
We are looking for a Field Informant to join Transfer Galaxy’s marketing team.
Your responsibility will be to drive the digital transformation and spread the use of Transfer Galaxy’s superior service within the Bosnia and Herzegovina community.
We are a Swedish company having offices in Örebro, Stockholm and Frankfurt Germany.
As a Field Informant, you will be responsible for being the cornerstone for Transfer Galaxy’s growth journey. You will be responsible for customer acquisition and retention in the Bosnia and Herzegovina community, working closely with the line managers.


Key Responsibilities:
Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
Monitor, track and report customer feedback.
Plan and keep track of all upcoming local events.
Should be within the target community to spread awareness about the company.
Build relationships with community leaders and known personalities within the community.
Help the team to find out suitable influencers for the community to promote Transfer Galaxy.
Help and show customers how it works/how to sign up so they easily can do it.
Attend restaurants, stores etc, places where the community can access the information about Transfer Galaxy.



Who you are and what you bring:
A large social network within the Bosnia and Herzegovina community
An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-leader with a strong orientation towards results
A positive attitude with an eagerness to be part of the digital disruption and embrace customer-centricity.
Prior experience from the remittance industry (a plus but not required)
Fluency in English, Swedish and Bosnian
Willingness to travel as this job requires plenty of offline approaches.



The position is a six months period of time (Extendable) and the candidates must be legally eligible/ allowed to work in Sweden .

We are looking for a developer who has experience with distributed systems, messaging and API design. You are a software craftsperson who are passionate about building great software and inspiring others to do the same. You’ve tamed legacy code, know how to listen to your tests and are comfortable mixing greenfield and brownfield techniques to evolve an existing codebase into something amazing. You are interested in learning new technologies and have a Continuous Delivery mind-set. You know the difference between “REST-ful” and REST. You know when to wield the sword of HATEOAS, and understand how powerful it can be.


Although it is not required that you fill all of the below, the ideal candidate has:


- A degree in the related field and 1-3 years of experience and mastery of C# and .Net, JavaSript / HTML / CSS / ASP.NET/MVC and Server

- A proven track record developing against SOAP and/or REST interfaces

- Experience with relational databases / Postgre / My

- Expert experience with styling and responsive design techniques, mobile first website development using technologies such as HTML5, LESS and SASS, CMS(Umbraco)

- Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS / AngularJS / BackboneJS

- Solid knowledge of networking principles & protocols, including security

- Proven optimization, profiling, testing and refactoring skills

- Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands

- Excellent communicator and fluent in English

- Experience working with the Open Source .Net ecosystem.

- Monitoring and problem resolution of production incidents

- TDD, XP and Agile practices, SOLID principles.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

As Transfer Galaxy is gaining traction in the Turkish market, we are now in the process of expanding our onboarding specialist team.

We are looking for a driven customer Onboarding Specialist to be a part of our small and growing team in Örebro.



The role:

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for customer acquisition and retention in the Turkish community in Europe. Together with the Turkish Community Manager, you will be one of the faces of the company, working with enhancing the customer experience as well as building customer loyalty. The role entails:

- Following up and contacting customers by phone
- Onboarding customers and managing incoming customer service inquiries by phone, chat and email
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Be part of the development of the routines and policies in customer service

- Fluency in Turkish verbally and in writing
- Good communication skills in Swedish and/or English

At this moment we are only looking for a part-time employee who can work 50%. The employment is situated at Transfer Galaxy’s office in Örebro, Sweden. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
