What you’ll do
As a mechanical designer, you will work on mechanical construction with a focus on developing peripherals for our screwdrivers, assembly equipment such as fixtures, torque arms, and counterholds. Your tasks will vary from being on-site with clients, bringing in projects, conducting CAD design, performing risk analyses, and creating user manuals.
Most of the assignments will be carried out from our own office, and the work may include aspects such as CE marking, machine safety, and automation.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone self-sufficient, with an interest in technology, a technical sense and who enjoys problem-solving. As a person, you excel at creating and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally, and communicate effectively with individuals at various levels. You have an understanding of customer needs to offer the right solutions and proactively find innovative approaches that enhance our client trust.
In addition, you have the following knowledge & experience:
relevant education in mechanical engineering
experience in mechanical design.
Proficient knowledge in one or more of the common CAD tools such as CREO, Catia, Solidworks.
Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
Class B driver's license (car).
We value, but don’t require:
experience in similar roles within the automotive industry or related fields
familiarity with Creo and Windchill.
