Arbetsbeskrivning
Som Designansvarig har du det övergripande ansvaret för designteamet som idag består av tre erfarna medarbetare. Du arbetar operativt större delen av tiden men leder, coachar och planerar även teamets arbete.Rollen kräver att du är både strategisk och praktisk – du växlar mellan att driva utvecklingen av designteamet och att producera tryckfärdiga filer, korrektur och presentationer. En viktig del av uppdraget är att testa, införa och implementera nya AI-verktyg som effektiviserar arbetet och skapar nya möjligheter.


Exempel på arbetsuppgifter
Design- och originalarbete i Adobe Illustrator och Photoshop
Skapa korrektur/artwork samt färdigställa tryckfärdiga filer  
Ta fram koncept/presentationer till kunder
Leda, coacha och planerar teamets arbete

Vi söker dig som
Har mycket goda kunskaper i Adobe Illustrator och Adobe Photoshop
Är effektiv, strukturerad och har lätt för att kommunicera och inspirera andra. Du är nyfiken på ny teknik och har ett starkt driv att utveckla både dig själv och ditt team.
Har erfarenhet av design/originalarbete inom exempelvis profilprodukter, tryck eller grafisk produktion
Har erfarenhet av att leda projekt eller team, formellt eller informellt
Har ar en god förståelse för både kreativitet och affärsnytta, och trivs i en miljö där du får omsätta idéer till konkreta resultat.
Talar flytande svenska i tal och skrift

Mechanical Designer- Fire Suppressions
You will be part of a team of Designers and Analysis people that develop machines used in underground mines all around the world, normally in very harsh environments with high demands on safety, reliability and productivity. 

The range of our loaders and trucks includes both diesel and battery driven machines with technology level from simple to fully automated machines.
Your Mission
Mechanical installations on the machines and also make certifications of them.
You will work on mechanical installations of the machines and assist with their certifications. Don’t worry if you don’t have prior experience — you’ll learn everything you need on the job with us.
You will also work with other types of assignments, for example base development, new development projects, product maintenance and customer orders. 
Your duties will include requirement specification, design, testing and documentation.
It is an outward-looking job with many contacts, both internally and externally.

Your profile
For this role we require that you have a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or the equivalent knowledge through experience).
It is a plus if you have practical experience in engineering and working with modern CAD systems, we are using Creo.
Experience in design of construction machinery is meritorious.
As a person you are a self-driven and communicative team player. We believe that you are proactive, analytical, and used to taking full responsibility for your work. 

This is an opportunity for you to grow and collect experience within mechanical engineering and product design.

You must be fluent in written and spoken English language.
Location and travel

Mechanical Design Engineer

Your mission
Your work will be to design and develop our products. You will be working in new development projects and also with existing products where we focus on effective improvements. 

Internal cross functional contacts with Purchasing, Production, Marketing, Quality functions and Technical Service are essential as well as external contacts with supplier and others. 

The design work covers concept development, 3D CAD design and modeling, drawings and products specifications, then realization and tests of the new design.

Your profile 
We are looking for you who have a good basic education (i.e. a master's degree in mechanical engineering, or a well-qualified university engineer) and have at least 4 years of practical experience in design work and work with modern CAD systems.
You should have knowledge in general machine design, machine element dimensioning and welded structures, both with thin sheet metal and mediun plate thickness.

Furthermore, skills in weld technology, manufacturing methods and materials and also knowledge and experience from using ISO GPS standard in the design are highly valued since these are common areas of the development work. 

We use Creo as the CAD tool. It is therefore necessary with skills in 3D CAD design. It is benefitial if you also have Teamcenter experience. 

Your knowledge of English shall be on a good level as it is our corporate language and is used on daily basis. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.

To enjoy the work, it is important to have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn more about the products you are working with.

It is important that you are innovative, willing to take responsibility and have the ability to work independently. 

Good collaboration skills are essential since work is performed in cross-functional teams. 

You must have a structured and analytical approach where you combine theory and practice and the ability to deliver results according to the set goals.

Location and travel

Your mission 
Your work will be to design and develop our products. You will be working in new development projects but also with existing products where we focus on small and effective improvements. 

Typically, the work is often in projects where mechanical design, screw joint dimensions and hand calculations will be example of core areas to manage. 

Internal cross functional contacts are essential as well as external contacts with supplier and others. 

The work covers concept development and realization, 3D CAD design and modeling, drawings and products specifications and contact with suppliers.

Your profile

Your mission

Your primary objective will encompass electromechanical design, 3D modeling, drawing creation, and documentation management within Teamcenter (PDM).

Your mission

Your role
You'll work proactively to find better ways of doing things and ensure that the quality of the final product meets and exceeds our standards.

You'll also create original graphic designs using Figma and other relevant tools.

Your profile
University degree in relevant field or similar through at least 5 years of experience.
Strong command in English.
A strong working knowledge of interaction design, design thinking, user-centered experience design, brand identity management, digital marketing and the creative process.
Updated portfolio of design projects to showcase your level of competence and expertise.
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin and prototyping/wireframing.

In-depth familiarity with the latest trends in user experience.
Well organized with a good structure and ability to work independent as well as in teams.
Previous experience from working in agile DevOps teams is a bonus.

Mechanical Design Engineer

A high focus area at Epiroc is development of intelligent machines with more automation, connectivity, energy efficiency and hybridization. This increased complexity of the control system and mechanical parts on our drill rigs together with high demands on uptime sets high demands on our parts and is why we are now looking for a dedicated mechanical engineer to strengthen our Mechanical Design team.

Your mission 
Your work will be to design and develop our products. You will be working in new development projects but also with existing products where we focus on small and effective improvements. 
Typically, the work is often in projects where mechanical design, screw joint dimensions and hand calculations will be example of core areas to manage. 
Internal cross functional contacts are essential as well as external contacts with supplier and others. 
The work covers concept development and realization, 3D CAD design and modeling, drawings and products specifications and contact with suppliers.

Your profile
We are looking for you who have a good basic education (i.e. a master's degree in mechanical engineering, or a well-qualified university engineer) and have at least 4 years of practical experience in design work and work with modern CAD systems.
You should have knowledge in general machine design, machine element dimensioning such as screw and weld attachments.
Furthermore, you need skills in weld technology, manufacturing methods and materials since these are common areas of the development work. 
We use mainly Creo as the CAD tools. It is therefore necessary with skills in 3D CAD design. Teamcenter experience and knowledge of the ISO GPS standard are also preferable. 
Your knowledge of English is on the good level as it is our corporate language and is used on daily basis. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
To enjoy the work, it is important to have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn more about the products you are working with.
It is important that you are innovative, willing to take responsibility and have the ability to work independently. 
Good collaboration skills are essential since work is performed in cross-functional teams. 
You must have a structured and analytical approach where you combine theory and practice and the ability to deliver results according to the set goals.

Location and travel
This position is based in Örebro (Sweden) and we expect you to travel to customer and suppliers, if needed.

Kort om tjänsten:
Vi söker nu ytterligare en kollega för att arbeta med våra designers. På avdelningen är det varierande arbetsuppgifter med uppgifter inom både original- & designarbeten, därav är vi öppna för ansökningar från dig som har erfarenhet av endera yrkesrollen eller båda. Vi har goda möjligheter att anpassa rollerna och arbetsfördelningen på avdelningen efter tänkt rekryterings kunskap/erfarenhet.
Genomgående sker arbetet ofta i ett högt tempo där det gäller att kunna arbeta både effektivt och kreativt.
Uppdragen är av varierande karaktär, allt från enskilda profilprodukter till större omprofileringar för stora kunder och kända varumärken. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter är att färdigställa tryckfärdiga filer, skapa korrektur/artwork samt arbeta fram koncept/presentationer. Även att branschen är dynamisk och att vi verkar inom flera olika affärsområden gör arbetsuppgifterna varierande.
Du är en stresstålig person som ska fungera väl i ett sammansvetsat team, samtidigt kräver tjänsten att du kan arbeta både noggrant och självgående med dina tilldelade arbetsuppgifter.
Vi söker dig som har rätt inställning, samt gärna grundläggande kunskaper och intresse inom merchandise, design och kläder.
Kvalificerande är erfarenheter/utbildning inom:
- Design och grafisk formgivning
- Tryck- och printproduktion
- Goda kunskaper inom Adobe Illustrator samt Adobe Photoshop
- Flytande svenska i tal och skrift
