We are looking for candidates who are:

Clarion Hotel Örebro ligger centralt i staden med sin charmiga omgivning. Som kvalitetsansvarig kommer du att ingå i hotellets ledningsgrupp och rapportera direkt till hotelldirektören. I tjänsten ingår:

• Personalansvar för ovanstående avdelningar, vilket innebär rekrytering, utbildning i koncept och service, samt att rätt verktyg finns för att nå uppsatta mål.
• Resultatansvar för de egna avdelningarna, samt kontroll av att bemanning sker i enlighet med arbetsbelastning och intäkter.
• Fungera som en koordinerande länk mellan den egna avdelningen och hotellets övriga avdelningar.

Då arbetet är varierande beroende på årstid kommer ditt jobb att bestå av några av dessa delar (beroende på din kompetens)
Utfordring av får och lamm & daglig tillsyn
Städning & fixande med Bed & breakfast hus och dess gäster
Hantering av trädgårdar & vallar
Underhåll av byggnader/byggnadsvård (allt från att rödmåla till ombyggnadsprojekt)
Traktorkörning samt enklare maskinunderhåll



Tjänsten är 50%-100% beroende på person och önskemål. För rätt person kan vi erbjuda utbildning i delar. Vi ser gärna att du:

Husfru till hotell i Fjällen

. Vi söker en husfru för säsongsanställning på ett fantastiskt hotell i Lappland. Jobbet är mellan 10/6 tom 30/9 alltså  från mitten av juni till slutet av september och är på heltid under perioden. Tjänsten är en 50/50 mix mellan administrativt arbete och arbete ”hands on” i driften. Den administrativa delen går ut på bland annat planering, schemaläggning och inköp. Delen i driften handlar om arbete i tvättstuga, växtvård och städning av rum/stugor och allmänna utrymmen.
 
Som husfru på hotellet är du den samlande kraften på avdelningen för en grupp om 5-10 säsongsanställda, så vi söker efter någon med rutin från liknande uppdrag samt med dokumenterad erfarenhet från planering och arbetsledning.
 
På plats är det stora ytor att täcka på flera våningsplan och tjänsten innefattar en hel del bärande och lyftande, en god fysik krävs alltså för att klara hela sommarsäsongen. 
 
Mycket meriterande om du tidigare arbetat i hotellsystemet Hotsoft 8. För att det ska fungera i denna internationella miljö behöver du förutom flytande svenska även behärska engelska i tal och skrift.
 
På plats arbetar du i nära relation till platschefen, som också är den som är din närmaste chef och den du rapporterar till.
 
Boende finns utan kostnad i direkt anslutning till arbetsplatsen. Om du inte vill ta egen bil upp till hotellet så finns det möjlighet att få tågbiljetter betalda till och från uppdraget. Du kommer vara anställd av oss på Four Service under hela uppdraget och arbeta som konsult på hotellet.

As a Housekeeping Manager in The Ellen Group, your job is to take care of your team and to go above and beyond in ensuring everyone feels safe, cared for and happy.
You will be responsible for a team of around 10-15 employees and it will be your job to develop and maintain a second-to-none working environment. You will also be responsible for training and developing all team members to be able to follow all cleaning procedures/policies and to be able to deliver beautifully cleaned rooms.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

- Coachable and fast learning (We will provide you with all the info/training you need, and we expect you to be open to learning new things and be able to consume new info quickly)

- Familiar with Housekeeping (You have some experience with housekeeping either as a housekeeper, supervisor or previous housekeeping management experience)

Our team is international and consists of friendly and positive colleagues and we mainly speak English. If you also speak Swedish it's just great. (English is a requirement for this position).
