Ansvarsområden:
Serva, reparera och förbättra: Genom att arbeta med Teslas specifika mjukvara och avancerade verktyg kommer du att självständigt serva våra kunders bilar.
Säkra högsta kvalitet: Att reparera rätt första gången är viktigt och du kommer att inspektera våra bilar noggrant och med högsta kvalitetsstandard innan återlämning.
Samarbeta: Arbeta med olika team och avdelningar (lokalt och regionalt) för att kunna supportera och dela goda exempel för att förbättra serviceupplevelsen för alla våra kunder.
Utvecklas: Vi kommer att göra allt för att skapa rätt förutsättningar för dig att lyckas genom att träna dig i Tesla-specifik teknologi och reparationer av elektriska bilar.
Stödja hela serviceprocessen efter behov från verksamheten för att underlätta för deras kärnuppgifter, med aktiviteter så som reservdelshantering, schemaläggning osv.
Kundkontakt: Ta ägandeskap för alla kundkontakter. Du kommer att behöva utföra grundläggande reparationer, utbilda kunder om teknisk information och allmän användning av fordonet.



Kvalifikationer:
Tekniskt erfaren: Du har professionell erfarenhet av att utföra service och reparationer från antingen bil-, flyg-, båtindustrin eller liknande.
En skicklig kommunikatör: Du skriver och pratar engelska samt svenska, och vet hur du får saker gjorda genom respektfull och tydlig kommunikation.
En säker förare: Vi har som krav att du innehar ett giltigt B-körkort.
En flexibel lagspelare: Du trivs med att samarbeta med olika typer av människor och är redo att jobba skift för att hjälpa ditt team vid behov.

Responsibilities
Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and drive out to customers to service their vehicles. This is an independent position.
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices to further improve the service experience.?
Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles.

What You’ll Do
Use Tesla proprietary software to log damages to vehicles due to transportation damage, and ensure that the paperwork is submitted correctly for claims
Perform a technical inspection on all vehicles prior to delivery, document and rectify any issues that are found
Ensure that the vehicles are delivery-ready: license plate holders attached, customer accessories installed, plastic removed, etc.
Move vehicles around safely and effectively, ensuring that there is a good flow from the lot to the delivery bay
Keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition using our internal software
Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment
Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using a variety of products and methods according to standard
Apply protective finishes to the exteriors of our customers’ cars
Perform touch-up paint work if required

The Role
The Tesla Infrastructure team is looking to hire a Field Service Technician in the wider Örebro region to provide diagnostic support during the installation and servicing of our energy storage products and supercharging stations. This person will be travelling to sites as needed to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair issues at industrial facilities with cutting edge Tesla products that may be under construction or is already existing; knowledge of, and comfort with these types of facilities is a must. This person will also be responsible for developing the knowledge base to be used by both internal and external parties to troubleshoot issues. This person must have an engineering mind with a very hands on approach and a great customer and contractor interface. The work will require travel, sometimes on short notice, and may require extended trips; a get-it-done mentality for all of the situations is expected.
Responsibilities
• Primary interface of our Network Operations Centres to authorized contractors who perform maintenance on Tesla’s stationary storage products.
• Oversee commissioning, service, testing, and verification actions performed by our service provider network, troubleshooting devices as well as entire industrial systems (Powerpacks). This will include guiding the work of construction trades such as electricians and professional disciplines such as engineers.
• Ensure service providers have access to the required hardware.
• Debug systems and perform remote diagnostics on field failures by reviewing data logged by energy storage devices.
• Develop processes and documentation for standard service actions.
• Recognize trends and patterns in field failures and feedback to the development team to drive future designs.
• Provide technical support in order to minimize system downtime, through day-to-day coverage of internationally distributed service cases.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure new issues are fully investigated and that countermeasures are in place.
• Regular collaboration with worldwide service teams to ensure consistent and stable global service operations.
• Continued development of the diagnostics knowledge base to be used for future troubleshooting.
• Travel to perform onsite root cause analysis.
• Availability for off-hours calls and work.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6+ years' experience as development, diagnostics or field support Technician. Additional experience in construction trades preferred.
• Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with external service providers.
• Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with her/ his team and peers within the engineering organization.
• The candidate should be a certified/licensed electrician in their country.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Low and/or Medium Voltage electrical systems.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Swedish. Additional European languages a plus.
• Strong ability to be self-directed and work independently, with strong organization and documentation skills.
• Exceptional capacity for managing simultaneous activities and challenges.
• Strong analytical problem solving skills and hands-on experience with hardware, tools, instruments, CAN or similar protocol analysis.
