Your future role

We want you who can act as the Finance expert and interpret financial results and trends to the Site Managers in the area Sweden North. You will be responsible for reporting and planning on site level and will analyze and interpret the financial results and balance sheet KPI`s for the sites.   
                            
You will provide financial reporting and analysis support to the business controller as well as be responsible for the closing at site level. You will also act as a member of the leadership team at site and undertake ad hoc financially based project work across the sites. This position is located in Örebro/Eskilstuna.

Our requirements
You are someone with the ability to manage and interface face to face with all levels of the customer management structure.
You need to be analytical and with a commercial mind and interest of our contracts and our site results. Monthly closing of site and customer results will be an important task, together with analyses and running forecasts on customer, contract and site levels.
 
You should also have:
• Knowledge of General Ledger accounts, bookkeeping and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Good communication skills at site/area across the business.
• 3 - 5 years controlling/financial experience.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar roles where DPDHL experience is more qualifying.
• Great leadership experience.
• English and Swedish in proficiency level.
• Strong collaborations skills.
• Excel knowledge where advanced experience is appreciated.
• Driving licence, Roll require travels within the area North and Sweden.
     
Further on you have excellent skills in setting the right priorities and ability to work in a logical sequential way. You also have a good understanding of the Swedish business practices and Swedish law.
