Are you a bachelor or Master student who has a curiosity about the latest technology and wants to try the field with one of the largest tech companies in the Nordics? Then this is the opportunity for you!
We are looking for students who want to try their experiences with us in Tietoevry. An internship with us involves working on a long-term project as part of a team. The projects originate in dialogue with our customers and are based on real-life problems. Their assignments range from developing apps or researching a new concept to finding out how new technology can be applied to solve a problem.

When joining Tietoevry as an intern
You will be a part of a team with experienced colleagues.
You will work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to real world problems.

Who we are looking for
You have good communicative properties, fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
You have the Ability to work full-time for 15-25 weeks.
You are an enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected Bachelor or Master graduation.
You are currently majoring in one of the following core disciplines; Software Development, Project Management, Digital infrastructure, Business analysis, User Experience Design, or equivalent.
You must be able to start your internship physically at our office.
You can work independently with an excellent work ethic.
You have interest and enthusiasm related to the IT and Tech fields.

Vi söker nu en Service desk specialist till Tietoevry Connect. Som Service desk specialist på Tietoevry Connect ansvarar du tillsammans med dina kollegor att lösa supportärenden för företagets kunder. Genom felsökning och felavhjälpning supporterar du de ärenden som kommer in, som främst består i användarsupport, installation av mjukvara och konfigurering. De användarfrågor som kommer in behandlar felanmälningar, beställningar, lösenord och dagligt arbete med applikationer såsom Windows, AD, Office 365, Outlook och annan mjukvara. Du driver ärenden och löser dem självständigt eller tar det vidare till berörd avdelning eller person, där huvudmålet alltid är att lösa problemet med bästa möjliga service. Du tar emot ärenden via telefon och mail.
Vi söker dig som har:
En god förståelse för IT och en vilja att utvecklas inom området
Du har arbetat inom support eller Service desk tidigare och har erfarenhet av att jobba mot SLA:er
Goda kunskaper inom Officepaketet, gärna Windows 10 samt mobila enheter
Du behöver vara flexibel i din roll och nyfiken på att lära dig mer inom IT/teknik för att på så sätt hantera mer komplexa ärenden och hitta lösningar. De ärenden som du hanterar i supporten är kopplade till mjukvara, hårdvara samt kringutrustning.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. Som person behöver du vara serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och självgående samt ha lätt för att samarbeta med andra. Du uttrycker dig obehindrat på svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift då kommunikationen med våra användare är en mycket viktig del av jobbet.
