Truck & Bus Trainer JOSAM
Description
We are looking for a committed and inspiring Truck & Bus Trainer who is passionate about Truck and Bus, people and people development.
Your Role
An important part of your role is to develop our distributors and customers through premium international training, inhouse, at customer sites globally and online. This also includes supporting the sales organisation, to actively contribute to the sales growth of the Academy and the company.
You are a member of the Academy Snap-On Equipment EMEA team with the responsibility for the Örebro training centre, ensuring it is in line with Academy standards and processes, thus contributing to a world-class training centre. Working in a fast-paced and continuously changing customer-focused environment, together with experts and colleagues you contribute to our customer’s success and satisfaction with our premium products.
You have a strong personal leadership and you are highly successful in bringing out the best in others, as well as yourself. Thanks to your Truck and Bus knowledge, pedagogical and excellent communication skills, you have the ability to create strong and trustful relationships.

Required Skills
· Several years’ technical experience in the Truck &
Bus industry.
· Several years’ experience of training delivery.
· Language: Swedish (native) and English (fluent).
Other languages are an advantage.
· Technical knowledge of trucks & buses and
especially wheel alignment and frame repair.
· Good pedagogical, communication and
interpersonal skills.
· Be able to explain complex technical and non-
technical subjects.
· Driven, inspiring self-learner with proven experience as a functional leader.
· Have a structured work approach
· Computer and administrative skills.
Desired Skills
· Heavy Duty Truck driver’s license is a strong merit
· Fork lift license
The role is based in Örebro and will require approximately 40-50% travel.
